Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Office Manager to lead our front office operations. In this vital role, you will oversee medical receptionists, registration and procedure schedulers, surgery schedulers, call center representatives and medical records to ensure smooth daily operations within our clinic. Your leadership will create a positive experience for patients and visitors while maintaining efficient office functions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front office staff to deliver outstanding patient relations and customer service
• Oversee appointment scheduling, patient check-in/check-out processes, and appointment systems
• Coordinate with clinical teams to support smooth patient flow and communication
• Maintains scheduling system so records are accurate and complete per UroHealth partners guidelines
• Handle conflict management and resolve patient concerns promptly with professionalism
• Proven experience in healthcare reception roles
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and conflict resolution
• Knowledge of medical practice protocols
• Knowledge of medical terminology and office procedures
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to analyze situations and respond appropriately

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• EHR systems: 2 years (Required)
• Medical office: 2 years (Required)
• Medical office management: 2 years (Required)
