Property Manager - Regional Kansas City, Missouri Position Overview Monarch Investment and Management Group is actively interviewing for an Assistant Regional Property Manager to help lead our team in the Kansas City, MO area. Compensation and Benefits $75,000-$85,000 a year based on experience Up to $7,000 in bonuses yearly! Manage the full-cycle operational and financial responsibilities of a region. Make strategic changes to increase income, decrease expenses and grow net operating income. Qualifications 3+ years’ experience in multifamily housing management. Proven track record of successfully leading a team of 5+. Must be able to thoroughly understand the financial aspects of running a portfolio. Able to pass a soft credit review.
