You will lead the charge for a top-tier mechanical contractor in Austin, TX. Your job is to prepare accurate, detailed cost estimates for large-scale commercial HVAC and plumbing projects.

- Perform complete mechanical takeoffs using industry software.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to clarify design questions.
- Factor safety, quality control, and scheduling into every price point.
- Build professional bid packages with clear qualifications and exclusions.
