This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys handling a diverse caseload, working alongside experienced attorneys, and continuing to develop their litigation skills.The firm offers a supportive, team-oriented environment with a strong commitment to mentorship, professional growth, and long-term career development.Areas of PracticeThe attorney will have the opportunity to work on a variety of litigation matters, including:Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA)Premises Liability, including Slip and Fall ClaimsMedical MalpracticeCommercial LitigationGeneral Civil LitigationKey ResponsibilitiesHandle litigation matters from initial case evaluation through resolution.Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.Conduct legal research and develop effective case strategies.Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.Review and analyze medical records, evidence, and case documentation.Collaborate with partners, associates, and legal support staff.Maintain effective communication with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties.QualificationsApproximately 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably in one or more of the practice areas listed above.Must be licensed to practice law in both New York and Massachusetts.Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Experience with discovery, motion practice, and case preparation.Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.Desire to continue developing litigation skills and advancing professionally.Why Join This Firm?Professional Development & MentorshipThis firm believes in investing in its people.
