About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Advisor for the Implementation of disaster resilience, recovery, and reconstruction guidelines. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering program guidelines, engaging effectively with stakeholders, and ensuring the success of program implementation through the use of technology and continuous improvement strategies. This role requires the ability to lead and model collaborative internal relationships, as well as to act as a key team member during disaster events, providing support and collating necessary data and actions. Applicants for the Senior Advisor role at The Company should be adept at developing well-written program guidelines, delivering stakeholder consultation and support, and monitoring technology improvements to support program implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and be capable of producing and maintaining reporting systems for monitoring program performance. The role also involves actively representing the company at stakeholder meetings and events, and contributing to the continual improvement of program implementation strategies. During disaster events, the Senior Advisor will be expected to act as a reporting team member for the Disaster Management Team, ensuring that data and actions are accurately collated and reported as directed.
