We are seeking compassionate and motivated full‑time LPNs to join our Virginia REACH team in supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and mental health needs at our warm, home‑like Crisis Therapeutic Home in Staunton, VA. Schedule Options Monday – Friday, 3 pm – 11 pm – Monday – Friday, 11 pm – 7 am Responsibilities Provide compassionate medical and nursing support to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and co‑occurring behavioral health needs. Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with clinical protocols. Conduct nursing assessments. Educate and empower individuals regarding their mental and physical health. Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, person‑centered care. Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all nursing services and observations. Uphold compliance with all regulatory and clinical care standards to ensure the highest quality of service. Compensation & Benefits Competitive rate: $26.00–$28.00 per hour for a full‑time, non‑exempt position. Sign‑on and retention bonus paid upon successful completion of 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year.
