THE ROLE This is a remote, client-facing sales position where you’ll meet with clients virtually through Zoom, learn about their needs, and recommend benefit solutions that align with their individual goals.

This is a performance-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential, giving motivated professionals the ability to grow their income based on their results.

WHAT YOU’LL DO Connect with prospective clients through phone calls and virtual meetings Conduct needs-based conversations and educate clients on available benefit options Recommend appropriate coverage solutions based on each client’s needs Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships Follow up with prospective clients and manage your sales pipeline Deliver a professional and personalized virtual client experience
