Opportunity for Infant Nanny in Boston (Somerville) M-F 9-5, Guaranteed 40 hours, Flexible start date (position could start anytime from now through as late as Sept 1). Negotiable compensation and benefits with a targeted rate of $40+/hr DOE. Overview Warm, intentional parents seek a professional, long‑term nanny to care for two infants (currently 6 months, soon to be 1 year old) in Powder House Square. The ideal candidate is a genuine, warm, loving and joyous caregiver who understands early childhood development and infant milestones. Parents prioritize cooperation, trust and community over control and obedience, with a conscious focus on integration and involving their sons in the natural rhythms of the home. Responsibilities Provide continuous, supportive care for two infants, fostering their development and incorporating them into the daily home routine. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of general professional relevant experience; 10+ years preferred. Experience working with multiples. CPR/First aid certification (up to date by first day). Vaccinated (TDAP, Flu, Covid). Comfortable working with pets (two cats). Conversational in English; legal authorization to work in the US.
