Wellness Event Specialist (Oak Brook Illinois) Full-time Compensation: USD 41600 - USD 42000 - yearly TVG-Medulla LLC is seeking Wellness Event Confirmation Specialist for our corporate location in Oak Brook, IL. Our Confirmation Specialistswork within our sales department to ensure the success of Chiro One Wellness Center's patient acquisition events by confirming event details (such as date, time location, set-up instructions). This position plays a key role in ensuring events are properly confirmed, documented, and set up for success. You'll be the go-to person for finalizing event logistics, managing essential paperwork, and keeping internal teams aligned. The Confirmation Specialist manages essential communications between the Business Development Team (who schedule the events), the Customer Engagement team (who execute the events), and the Client to maintain customer satisfaction and event success. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Confirm event details with client organizations (date, time, location, setup instructions). Process paperwork including sponsorship applications, invoices, insurance forms, and payment records. Keep event records and updates accurate and up-to-date in our CRM (Salesforce). Coordinate with the Business Development and Wellness Event Coordinators Track and communicate any changes in event status or logistics quickly and clearly. Handle payment processing and follow up on necessary approvals, contracts, or signatures. Follow up with inbound event leads and assist with identifying new event opportunities. Maintain ongoing communication with event contacts to support long-term partnerships. Ensure a smooth experience for all parties involved by staying organized and proactive. Offer quality services to consumers over the phone and schedule wellness events. Exceed our customers’ expectations by listening and providing wellness solutions. Minimum Qualifications High computer literacy, including but not limited to Outlook, Excel, and Salesforce Strong verbal/written communication and people skills Highly detailed and quick at completing tasks. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively. Persistent with a positive attitude Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with outbound call efforts or lead follow-up. Skillful with multi-tasking, computer navigation, and typing. Experience with Customer Service/Customer Success/Call Center Driven to succeed and pursue excellence in a team environment. Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
