Are you a licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Occupational Therapist (OTR), or Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) who is ready to take the next step in your career? Concept Rehab is seeking a full-time Rehab Director to lead our therapy team in Shelbina, Missouri . This is an excellent opportunity to combine clinical expertise with leadership while making a meaningful impact on the lives of older adults in a skilled nursing setting.

What You'll Do
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary therapy team
- Manage daily therapy department operations
- Maintain productivity, scheduling, and staffing
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and facility leadership
- Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory guidelines
- Mentor therapists and promote clinical excellence
- Help drive positive patient outcomes and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate documentation and departmental performance standards
Qualifications
- Current Missouri license as a PT, PTA, OTR, or OTA
- Previous experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred
- Leadership or management experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Passion for developing teams and delivering exceptional patient care
