DevOps Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer Job Responsibilities Automate and Streamline Operations:
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes.
- Create and manage infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Implement monitoring solutions to ensure system health and uptime.
- Analyze system logs and troubleshoot performance issues to enhance reliability.
- Work closely with developers to integrate new features and improve system scalability.
- Foster a culture of collaboration between development and operations teams.
- Implement and maintain security best practices to protect sensitive data.
- Regularly update systems to address vulnerabilities and meet compliance standards.
- Research and adopt cutting-edge tools and technologies to improve workflows and infrastructure.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
- Familiarity with scripting languages like Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
