Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in Inpatient care available in Walla Walla, Washington. This role involves providing acute care services within a Level III Trauma Center at a Short Term Acute Care facility. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Walla Walla, WA

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week, start date 07/20/2026
• Required Qualifications: Valid Washington license, 1 year of experience, relevant skills in acute care, adult rehabilitation, edema massage, functional splints, kinesiotaping, orthoplast, and static splints. EMR experience with Epic.
• Additional Information:
  • Shift will involve responsibilities across various hospital units including Acute, Medical, ICU, and Inpatient Rehab units.
  • Must have experience in Acute Disorder Assessment and be flexible to float between all work areas; self-driven, team-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
  • Clinical evaluations often followed by OT or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) treatments based on patient needs.
  • Patient diagnoses include multi-trauma, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, cerebrovascular accident, surgical, orthopedic, Parkinsons disease, multiple sclerosis, etc.
  • Must be able to evaluate and treat patients in all units, including ICU and Rehab.
  • Compliance documentation is due by the Monday prior to the start date, including references and vaccination status.
  • Candidates must confirm prior experience working at a Providence facility, if applicable.
  • Travel compliance requirements apply, including a maximum of one job per submittal and a 50-mile local radius preferred.
