Opportunities and Training Pharmacy Technician-in-Training: enrolled in Thrifty White’s Board of Pharmacy approved Pharmacy Technician Training Program. Work part-time or full-time in the pharmacy while learning the fundamentals of being a Pharmacy Technician. Training includes online modules, internal video trainings, and hands-on training with a designated preceptor, at no cost to you. Already a Pharmacy Technician? Grow your career with Thrifty White. Technician-in-Training: $14.85 - $20.00 Registered Tech: $15.85 - $24.00 Certified Tech: $16.35 - $25.50 Primary Responsibilities Provides excellent customer service to build loyalty and repeat business. Champions Thrifty White programs to patients (Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, HealthyPackRx) and assists with enrolling patients. Supports the Pharmacist in Clinical Service offerings. Counts, measures, and packages medication under the pharmacist’s supervision and final approval to accurately fill prescriptions. Inputs prescriptions into the computer for accurate transmission to insurance companies. Qualifications Applicants must: be at least 18 years of age; have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
