Project Manager

At AnderCorp, we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through closeout while delivering exceptional results for our clients and communities. What You'll Do As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the planning, coordination, and administration of assigned construction projects. You'll work closely with field leadership, clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure successful project execution while serving as a trusted representative of AnderCorp. Key responsibilities include: Leading project planning, coordination, and execution from start to finish Promoting a strong safety culture alongside field management teams Managing project schedules, budgets, and procurement activities Overseeing submittals, RFIs, project documentation, and contract administration Leading owner, architect, and project team meetings Managing subcontractor and vendor buyout processes Coordinating project closeout, punch lists, warranties, and turnover documentation Collaborating with project teams to maintain quality standards and client satisfaction Conducting project walks, inspections, and progress reviews Supporting risk management, cost control, and continuous project improvement What We're Looking For High School Diploma required Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred 5+ years of construction experience Strong understanding of construction management principles and project delivery processes Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship‑building skills Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Experience with project management, scheduling, and construction technology software Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail Why AnderCorp?
