Nurse Practitioner Specialist - Adult Hospitalist

Location: 525 SE Washington St, Dallas, Oregon 973338 Department: Hospitalist Position Type: Full Time Schedule: Day Shift, 7:00 am – 7:00 pm Your role with us As an Nurse Practitioner Specialist on our Hospitalist team, you’ll work alongside dedicated physicians, nurses, and specialists to deliver exceptional care to adult inpatients. Our hospitalists are a vital part of a high-performing system. Our Nurse Practitioner Specialists are integral to ensuring seamless patient transitions and supporting our commitment to quality care day or night. What you'll do Serve as a clinical resource, promoting evidence-based care and seamless coordination across disciplines. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and specialists to ensure patients receive high-quality, timely care. Respond promptly to patient needs. Contribute to team development and process improvement initiatives. Required qualifications Nurse Practitioner (NP): Master’s degree or higher in Nursing or equivalent field recognized by the Oregon Board of Nursing. Completion of a Nurse Practitioner program recognized by the Oregon Board of Nursing. Current, unencumbered RN license and NP certificate in the State of Oregon. Valid NP national certification and DEA registration. At least 12 months relevant hospital experience in the past three years. If the Nurse Practitioner does not have the relevant hospital experience and cannot otherwise document current competency, a monitoring plan may be required.
