Front Desk Receptionist

Job Title

To assist, greet, and direct members and guests as they enter The Lifestyle Center.

Qualifications

Education Preferred: High school diploma

Experience Preferred: Previous reception experience

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Good oral and written communication skills

Knowledge of basic math skills

Ability to organize, analyze and troubleshoot issues.

Job Responsibilities

Essential

• Greets members, takes membership cards and enters members into the computer system for utilization and returns cards upon departures.
• Collects membership payments.
• Answers the phone and takes messages.
• Cleans cafe area, makes coffee, and restocks supplies.
• Stocks clean towels and changes dirty towel bags when filled.
• Re-stocks merchandise and front desk supplies.
• Straightens and restocks locker room areas.
• Sells merchandise.
• Informs management of problems or complaints regarding the facility.
• Attends monthly staff meetings, annual in-services, and maintains vaccines as required by the hospital.

Additional

• Opens/closes the facility.
• Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care and services appropriate to the population served on the assigned unit or work area.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay Range $19.28 -$28.92
