Requirements 2-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related role. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and design engaging content for diverse audiences. Proven ability to manage and execute marketing and communication initiatives that support organizational goals, brand awareness, and stakeholder engagement. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to deliver on multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience using graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. This role will develop and execute marketing and communication initiatives across digital, print, and social channels, creating compelling content supporting business objectives, enhancing stakeholder engagement, and promoting our mission, values, and services. Responsibilities Overall Bring your own creativity and vision to the role to support our mission to be a better model. Market to our four main audiences—Customers (both current and potential), Colleagues (both current employees and potential), and Community (people around us that want to know more about us). Create greater brand awareness to expand our reach to our targeted market verticals (e.g. Life Sciences, Animal Health, and Specialty Chemicals). Formalize and document the internal marketing systems where internal communication intersects with external facing audiences, including branding, format, and themes. Formalize and document branding across our client facing documents, including proposals, resumes, presentations, and reporting. Lead the development of the marketing systems and processes to formalize the content and communication campaigns. Collaborate with the organization to develop and improve business infrastructure. Engage business group leaders to understand and develop marketing strategies and materials to support their business growth. Create both overarching and individual business group marketing strategies. Develop and execute processes to ensure the successful execution of the business strategy. Facilitate alignment between marketing, business development, and recruiting systems. Branding Take ownership of branded assets and ensure consistent, professional representation across line cards, presentations, and marketing materials, including LinkedIn profile. Steward company branded templates, such as employment offers, project proposals, and internal and external PowerPoints. Social Media and Website Management Develop strategy and plan for consistent engagement across all external platforms. Drive all social media platforms in accordance with established marketing strategies. Work with internal teams to create content. Advise, coach, train, and encourage associates to participate on social posts. Manage regular, consistent updates to our website. Internal Communications Drive internal communications and build reliable, easy, and consistent systems for planning and executing companywide messaging in conjunction with external communications. Manage and plan content for all internal communication forums, including Town Halls, Workvivo, company-wide e-mail, newsletters, and content from the CEO. Lead the Internal Communications Steering Team. Trade Show Management Work with leaders to identify appropriate trade show attendance, including career fairs. Develop trade show booth displays and branded assets. Metrics Develop, own, and drive measurable marketing metrics. Define and track key performance indicators tied to business development and recruiting. Market Research and Lead Generation Conduct industry research to inform Senior Leadership decisions. Reach potential new clients and relay contact information to business development team. Develop system for market research on targeted companies. Operations Establish governance, SOPs, and repeatable workflows: Media Communications: Serve as a primary media point of contact and manage communications functions. Internal Communications: Help drive consistent and effective communication with our associates, including owning our Workvivo platform and content calendar.
