Sewer Technician

Operate sewer cameras, locating equipment, hydro jetting machines, and drain cleaning equipment. Assess sewer line issues, evaluate system conditions, and provide detailed findings to the Sewer Sales Technician for review with the customer. Assist with sewer line excavations, replacements, trenchless repairs, and related plumbing services. Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly and professionally with homeowners. Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in safe working condition. Collaborate with dispatch, plumbing technicians, and other team members to complete jobs efficiently and provide exceptional customer service. What You’ll Bring: Previous sewer, drain cleaning, plumbing, or related industry experience preferred. Experience operating sewer cameras, drain cleaning equipment, hydro jetters, and locating equipment is a plus. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and in confined spaces when necessary. Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to effectively manage workload and work flexible schedules, including overtime as needed. Have a valid driver's license and meet auto insurance requirements (minimum age to drive 22 years old). Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
