Major Duties & Responsibilities Welcome all customers and set expectations. Custom fit glasses and precisely place prescription in lenses. Act as a leader in optical acumen. Take and record measurements, accurately adjust and fit eyewear with attention to detail, ensuring finished eyewear meets standards and customer needs. Assists team with complex product needs and prescriptions. Maintain accurate use of technology amid time pressure and customer volume, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and use of appropriate tools. Proactively explore root cause of issues, forward‑thinking, ensuring customers are satisfied and expectations exceeded; solution driven. Multi‑task, prioritize and manage time with competing priorities. Strive to achieve exceptional results on Brand KPIs and competencies. Take pride in store appearance; help keep store clean, attractive and organized. Inform management of safety opportunities and demonstrate safe work practices. Be resourceful, self‑motivated, and committed to continual learning, improvement and results. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including discounts, promotions and inventory management. Basic Qualifications High School graduate or equivalent. State Licensure. Optical dispensing experience. Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener and team builder. Knowledge of current store merchandise. Strong basic math skills. Awareness of current fashion trends. Sales skills – ability to use and carry an iPad/tablet. Familiarity with POS, computers and calculators. Embrace new technology and change. Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service and retail experience.
