What You'll Do:

• Build Customer Relationships:

  • Develop relationships with new and existing customers and become a trusted resource for their building material needs.

• Generating New Business:

  • Identify and pursue new opportunities through phone calls, referrals, networking, showroom visits, follow-ups, and other business development activities.

• Manage the Sales Process:

  • Work with customers from the initial conversation through quoting, negotiating, closing, and follow-up.

• Provide Exceptional Customer Service:

  • Respond quickly to customer questions, solve problems, and make sure every customer receives outstanding service.

• Support the Showroom:

  • Help create a professional and welcoming showroom experience for customers and prospects.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Confident and comfortable talking with people.
• Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities.
• Comfortable making phone calls and developing new business.
• A strong communicator and active listener.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or business development experience.
• Bachelor's degree or recent college graduate.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to learn NetSuite and other business systems.
