We’re hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Bernie, Missouri who wants meaningful patient relationships, excellent work-life balance, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact in a close-knit rural community.

You’ll step into an outpatient behavioral health role focused on providing therapy and mental health services in a supportive, team-based environment. You’ll enjoy a manageable patient volume, full clinical support, and the opportunity to occasionally support a nearby clinic when needed.

You’ll practice in Bernie, Missouri, a small, welcoming community in the Bootheel region known for its agricultural roots, quiet lifestyle, and strong sense of community.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $60,000–$75,000 based on experience
\n • Sign-on bonus potential
\n • Health insurance ($75 per pay period)
