Our expanding law firm is looking for an experienced probate and estate administration attorney. We require a highly analytical applicant with excellent negotiation and organizational abilities who is available to work full-time. You will guide clients through the probate process, administer estates and trusts, and handle matters such as asset collection, creditor claims, and final distributions as our probate and estate administration attorney. This role carries a great deal of responsibility and seeks to guide personal representatives and trustees smoothly through every stage of estate and trust administration. Our ideal candidate will have qualified probate and estate administration knowledge, be a qualified attorney, and have excellent written communication abilities. Please apply if this describes you!

$85,000 - $93,000 yearly

• Confer with senior partners and paralegals to effectively move through the civil litigation process
• Keep client files properly organized and up to date
• Advise clients regarding retirement plans, charitable giving, and insurance options
• Attend court proceedings as needed to represent clients
• Communicate with clients about plans for dispersing their assets

• Must have worked on estate planning and probate law issues for at least 1-2 years
• Wide range of knowledge regarding real estate-related topics such as title insurance, wills and trusts, property management, and litigation
• Active membership with the ABA (American Bar Association)
• Candidates should be great communicators, specifically in situations when emotions and stress are high
• 4-year degree with a legal background and J.D. degree are necessary for this position
