Your primary responsibility as a Concierge is to provide exceptional customer service and hospitality by providing reliable information to those in need, supporting administrative tasks as needed and contributing to a welcoming and safe environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, takes pride in their work, and demonstrates empathy.
