Restaurant Manager Restaurant Managers oversee all daily operations of a restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring guest happiness, handling daily books and finances, and managing inventory. They are also responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising employees. Restaurant Manager Requirements: A minimum of 2 years current experience in a fast paced/full-service restaurant. A passion for hospitality & commitment to guest service! Strong coaching skills with a proven ability to motivate & develop team members. Honesty, integrity, & professionalism. An ability to anticipate guests' needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency. Organizational skills and ability to adapt quickly to any situation. Knowledge of systems, methods, & practices that contribute to extraordinary guest experiences. A strong desire to continue developing themselves.
