General Labor Warehouse Associate

Location: Tracy, CA Pay Rate: $22.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1st Shift

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labor Warehouse Associate to join our team in Tracy. This role supports daily warehouse operations including material handling, order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials from trucks and containers
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Sort, label, and stage products accurately
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc.)
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic attention to detail and accuracy
