Job Summary

Experienced Telemetry RN needed for an 8-week EPIC Conversion assignment supporting a fast-paced acute care environment. The ideal candidate must have recent Epic experience within the last 12 months and prior Cerner experience, with strong proficiency in both EMR systems. This role requires excellent telemetry skills, adaptability, and the ability to support workflow during a major charting system transition.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to patient condition changes
• Accurately document patient care using Epic and Cerner EMR systems
• Support clinical operations during EPIC conversion
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards

Requirements

• Active California RN License required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• Minimum 6 months of Epic experience within the last 12 months
• Cerner experience required
• Must be proficient with both Epic and Cerner systems
