Ted Britt Ford Lincoln is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Warranty Administrator to join our growing Fixed Operations team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate warranty claim processing, compliance with manufacturer guidelines, and maximizing dealership profitability through proper claim administration.

What You'll Do

• Process Ford and Lincoln warranty claims accurately and efficiently
• Review repair orders for proper documentation and manufacturer compliance
• Submit warranty claims and monitor payment status
• Follow up on rejected or suspended claims and pursue corrections as needed
• Audit repair orders for technician stories, causal parts, labor operations, and required documentation
• Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and management to ensure claim accuracy
• Maintain warranty schedules and receivables
• Stay current on manufacturer warranty policies and procedures
• Assist with internal and external warranty audits
• Support service department operations and administrative functions as needed

Requirements

• Previous automotive warranty administration experience
• Ford and/or Lincoln warranty experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of dealership service operations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
