Water Heater TechnicianFast Home Services is on the lookout for a driven Water Heater Technician to join our expanding team serving Northern LA and the San Fernando Valley. Weekly Monday Tech Meetings are held at our Santa Fe Springs warehouse, and attendance is required.In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, replacing, and repairing both tank and tankless water heaters in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate brings solid plumbing expertise, a strong focus on safety, and a genuine dedication to outstanding customer service.Training Wage: Start with us a trainee making $25/hr + Earn Bonuses AFTER the Training period. Technicians need to pass a drug screen & have a good Driving record.Key Responsibilities:Must have 2.5+ years of experience (or apprenticeship) in the areas of Plumbing or water heater installationExcellent interpersonal communication skills are required as you will be communicating with both customers and internal team membersAble to work independentlyFamiliarity with email, using an iPadAbility to complete job documentation and communicate with team members as neededFollow all safety procedures and company guidelinesWillingness to train, learn, and keep up to date with the Plumbing BusinessValid and active CA State Driver's License. Please note that you must be an insurable driver and possess a current CA State Driver's License.
