Unit Manager (Cleaning Supervisor)
Appleton & Surrounding Areas $20.00/hour | Weekly Pay Full-Time Monday–Friday 4:00 PM–12:30 AM Hours may vary. Occasional weekends required.

Environment Control is looking for a dependable, hands-on leader to support our commercial cleaning operations. If you enjoy leading by example, training employees, and keeping customers happy, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do
Lead and support cleaning teams Train and coach employees Cover open shifts when needed Perform quality inspections Support Area Managers Build positive relationships with employees and clients
What We're Looking For
Leadership or cleaning experience preferred Reliable transportation Strong communication and problem-solving skills Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
