Must-Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive real estate and business personal property tax compliance experience in a or manufacturing industry
• Significant experience handling appeals for a multistate portfolio, specifically including Texas.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience using JDE, BlackLine, and PTMS property tax software.

Nice to haves:

• CMI (Certified Member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation) or CPA preferred;
