Tommy Gun’s Original Barbershop in Sandy is looking for a talented, customer-focused licensed Barber or Cosmetologist-Barber to join our team.

What You'll Do
As a Tommy Gun’s Barber, you’ll:

• Welcome guests and provide a friendly, professional experience
• Consult with guests to understand their desired look and grooming needs
• Recommend cuts and styles based on face shape, hair type, lifestyle, and preferences
• Perform high-quality men's haircuts, including clipper cuts, fades, texturizing, and natural necklines
• Provide beard and grooming services as trained
• Perform back-of-neck and straight-razor shaves (training available)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
• Sterilize tools and follow Utah sanitation requirements
• Educate guests about products and recommend appropriate retail products
• Build relationships that encourage guests to return
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented shop environment

 
What We're Looking For
We're looking for barbers who are:

• Licensed as a Barber or Cosmetologist-Barber in Utah
• Passionate about men's grooming and the barbering industry
• Confident providing excellent customer service
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Strong communicators who enjoy interacting with guests
• Knowledgeable about current barbering trends and techniques
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts

Your Earning Potential
Up to $35/hour , based on hours worked, tips received, and service/retail commissions earned.
We believe great work deserves great rewards. In addition to your regular payroll compensation, you'll have opportunities to increase your earnings through tips, performance-based pay, and commissions.

 
All wages comply with Utah labor laws and are paid on a regular payroll schedule.
