Job Details Job Location: Sheridan Community Hospital - Sheridan, MI 48884 Salary Range: $38.00 Job Shift: Day Physical Therapist Position Summary We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans across inpatient, outpatient, and swing bed settings. This role offers a diverse caseload and strong collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Possible weekend coverage as needed. What You Will Do Provide physical therapy services across inpatient, outpatient, and swing bed settings Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions Educate patients and families and support discharge planning Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and therapy team Document care accurately and timely What We Are Looking For Current Michigan Physical Therapist license Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program CPR certification or ability to obtain Strong communication and patient-centered care skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team One year of experience in short‑term rehab and/or outpatient therapy desired Organizational skills with an attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to help other departments Why You Will Love This Role Starting pay at $38 per hour Consistent weekday schedule Diverse caseload across multiple care settings Supportive rural hospital team where your work matters Opportunity to make a direct impact on patient outcomes Benefits You Can Count On Full benefits package effective the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
