Requirements / Qualifications

The following documents must be submitted with your application: - Resume - 3 current letters of recommendation/reference. Additional documents: The following documents are not required at the time of application but will be required of the selected applicant prior to employment: Department of Justice fingerprint clearance, Tuberculosis screening/test clearance, and CPR/First Aide certification will be required prior to employment. Must be at least 18 years of age.

Experience and education: Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and skill is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required knowledge and skill would be: Experience: One year experience performing a variety of general office and clerical work, preferably in a health facility. Education: Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade, including or supplemented by coursework in typing, record management, and general office practices. Certificate requirement: Current first aid and CPR certificate.
