Prairieland Gold Operations Manager
Prairieland Gold Nebraska is looking for an operations manager for their bio-refinery plant. The operations manager will ensure that operations of nutrient resource recovery at Prairieland Gold are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way. The operations manager will need to implement the right processes and practices to maintain compliance with all regulatory standards.

Duties Include:
- Formulating a daily plan
- Improving employee and equipment performance
- Keeping material/supply inventory in environmental compliance
- Ensure all operations of composting, depackaging, nutrient recovery and logistics are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve on current operational management systems and processes
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee inventories
- Report environmental regulatory records and collect data
- Formulate strategic plans and protocols for employees to follow
- Examine financial data to improve profitability
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service

Requirements
- Proven work experience overseeing others
- Knowledge of heavy equipment and general maintenance
- Experience with budgeting and communication skills
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership ability
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Able to work well with others
