Hospice Care Consultant – Community Liaison

Greensboro, NC | Greater Piedmont Triad

We're partnering with a leading hospice organization looking for a dynamic, well-connected Hospice Sales Professional who knows how to turn meaningful relationships into real impact!

What You'll Do:

  • Build and grow referral partnerships with SNFs, ALFs, hospitals, physicians, and community partners.
  • Drive market growth through strategic relationship development.
  • Educate healthcare partners and families about the value of hospice care.
  • Make a difference while doing what you do best — connecting people!

What You Bring:

  • Proven success in hospice, home health, or healthcare sales.
  • Strong relationships throughout the Greensboro/Triad market.
  • A track record of growing referrals and exceeding goals.
  • An energetic, entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for patient care.
