Blood Bank Technologist (Afternoon Shift) – Boise, ID 83702We are seeking a skilled Blood Bank Technologist to join our laboratory team on the afternoon/evening shift in Boise, Idaho. The technologist will perform blood typing, antibody screening and identification, compatibility testing, and blood product preparation while ensuring compliance with all quality and safety standards.Responsibilities:Perform routine and complex blood bank testingConduct crossmatches and antibody investigationsMaintain accurate documentation and recordsMonitor blood product inventoryFollow AABB, CAP, and regulatory requirementsQualifications:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related fieldMLS(ASCP), MT(ASCP), or equivalent certification preferredBlood bank/transfusion services experience preferredStrong attention to detail and commitment to patient safetySchedule:Full-time afternoon/evening shiftWeekend and holiday rotation as requiredBenefits:Competitive payComprehensive benefits packagePaid time off and holidaysCareer development opportunitiesInterested candidates are encouraged to submit a resume via email to View email address on click.appcast.io
