Location: Odessa, TX

Type: Full Time In Office position

The position is to provide support to the Payroll Department

Responsibilities/Competencies

• Exporting and importing employee time
• Balancing reported time against imports
• Processing payroll additions and wage deductions
• Processing child support payments to multi-states
• Processing payroll garnishments
• General payroll duties
• Help maintain and improve payroll procedures, checklists, and simple internal controls to ensure accuracy, continuity, and compliance
• Process weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policy and applicable laws
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and payroll policies
• Support internal and external audits by providing requested payroll documentation

Requirements

• Excellent data entry skills
• Accounts Payable experience 1 or more years
• Detail oriented, accurate
• Work as a team in a fast-paced environment
• Punctuality and attendance is critical
• Maintain confidentiality of information
• Maintain expected dress code requirements

**The satisfactory completion of a credit check is required for this position. **

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to walk the property and laydown yards.
• Ability to carry up to 35 pounds.
