As a Security Officer Front Desk in Lancaster, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal at a professional financial institution location where you will serve as the welcoming front desk presence, monitoring activity, assisting visitors, managing access, and helping to deter security-related incidents through strong communication and attentive observation. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Staff the front desk and monitor lobby activity, greeting visitors, validating access permissions, and communicating with staff regarding arrivals, deliveries, and/or appointments.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Support access control functions by checking identification, maintaining visitor records, issuing temporary credentials when appropriate, and reporting discrepancies related to entry requests.
• Complete routine reports and front desk documentation related to incidents, visitor activity, and other security-related observations in accordance with site expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
