Position Title: Relationship Support Specialist III FSLA Status: Non-Exempt Reports to: Commercial Loan Admin. Manager or Commercial Relationship Manager Job Summary: To perform detailed administrative services for Commercial Relationship Managers to support growth of the loan and depository portfolio. Works with the Commercial Relationship Manager and Commercial Real Estate Closing Department Team in the markets making up the Metro regions for new and renewing commercial real estate loan requests. Accepts and forwards draw requests from customers to the Commercial Funding Department. Assists Commercial Relationship Managers in managing past due and maturing loans. Actively manages the Commercial Relationship Manager's loan portfolio to ensure collateral exceptions are cleared and financial reporting requirements of commercial relationships are met. Supports Commercial Relationship Managers with loan and deposit accounts for commercial relationships. Prepares and facilitates customer transactions and assists with service requests from customers. Performs administrative tasks for Commercial Relationship Manager, as assigned. Provides exceptional service to internal and external customers Maintains confidentiality of all sensitive Bank information. Required Education/Experience: High School diploma or general education degree (GED); Minimum of eight years' related experience in a similar or equivalent role required. Necessary Skills: Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record-keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc. Prioritize, organize, and delegate assignments. Physical Activity/Dexterity: Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with fingers. Works with fingers and perceives attributes of objects and materials. Physical Environment Demands: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 90% of the time. The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to visit other offices, conference rooms, office machinery, etc. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and telephone. Constantly positions self to operate on a computer. The person in this position frequently communicates with other people throughout each day. Must be able to exchange accurate information when conversing. Working Conditions/Environment: Well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation. Moderate noise (e.g. business office with computers and printers, light traffic). Work Schedule/Hours: Monday through Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm. Available for overtime, as needed.
