Endeavor Health is seeking a Virtual Patient Safety Observer (8S Orthopedics) at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights, IL. This full-time role offers 36 hours per week with three 12-hour shifts, 7pm–7am, and rotating weekends and holidays. The observer will monitor patients remotely or at the bedside, provide verbal redirection, and alert nursing staff as needed while ensuring patient confidentiality and safety.
