Salary & Benefits:$110,000-$120,000+ Base Salary (Negotiable, depending on experience)Full benefits including health, dental, & vision insurance, PTO, 401(k) and moreCompany vehicle or mileage reimbursementRelocation assistance availableJob Summary:Our client is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer II to support Varian TrueBeam Linear Accelerators (LINACs) throughout the Boise, ID territory. This position is ideal for an engineer who can independently troubleshoot, repair, and maintain advanced radiation oncology equipment while building strong relationships with hospital and cancer center customers.Job Responsibilities:Diagnose and repair Varian TrueBeam LINAC systems Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled service Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, software, and networking issues Respond to emergency service calls and minimize equipment downtime Document service activities and repairs Maintain spare parts inventory Provide exceptional customer support to hospitals and clinical staff Participate in an on-call service Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of hands-on Varian TrueBeam field service experience Ability to independently troubleshoot and repair LINAC equipment Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills Excellent customer communication and problem-solving abilities Valid driver's license Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory Elekta experience is a plus Varian C-Series experience is a plusAbout the Company:Our client is a growing medical equipment service organization dedicated to supporting hospitals and healthcare providers through expert service and maintenance of critical medical equipment.
