Your Impactful Role: As an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) with CentraCare in Redwood Falls you will be at the forefront of delivering advanced pre-hospital emergency patient care and transportation. From neonates to geriatric patients your expertise will be crucial in providing both emergent and non-emergent services to individuals across the surrounding communities. Your dedication will be instrumental in saving lives and providing comfort during times of crisis.

Pay and Benefits: Starting pay is 22.40 or more per hour depending on location and experience. Pay range: 22.40 - 33.58 per hour. Work on our EMS team and get free continuing education through Flight Bridge to maintain and renew your certifications. Schedule: Casual hours every two weeks. Rotating shifts include weekends and holidays. Shifts include days and overnights. Minimum of 3 call shifts per month.

Qualifications: Completion of an accredited EMT-Basic / Advanced EMT (AEMT) course required verified through certification with the EMSRB or NREMT including prerequisite NIMMS 100 200 700 certifications. Valid current NREMT with Minnesota EMSRB Certification or Valid Minnesota EMSRB Certification with NREMT to be obtained by 2032. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Valid drivers license in good standing is required.
