Responsibilities: This person will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Agri-Service, helping ensure efficient workflows, excellent customer service, and overall operational success. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for ensuring all billing, accounting, and office functions are completed accurately and on time. This individual must be able to communicate effectively with producers, understand their needs, and contribute to building strong customer relationships. Agricultural knowledge and experience are preferred, along with the ability to understand the overall operations of the business and help the Agri-Service achieve its goals. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications

· Bachelor of Science in Agriculture or 2 years of relevant experience

· Agriculture background (helpful)

· Strength and agility to maneuver product/equipment (50-100 pounds)

· Mechanical ability (helpful)

· Availability to work overtime (including weekends as needed)
