Top industry pay 401(k) with Match Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, STD/LTD Generous PTO & Paid Holidays: Up to 13 days PTO + 9 paid holidays in your first year Career Growth Opportunities: Strong focus on training and advancement Job Details We are currently hiring experienced Electro-Mechanical Technicians across all shifts! 1st - 6am to 3pm 2nd - 2pm to 11pm 3rd - 10pm to 7am Our maintenance team members work every other weekend and enjoy a 5-day workweek by scheduling days off on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays. Overtime opportunities are also available for those who want to earn more. You will support our production teams by maintaining and repairing all production lines, troubleshooting and performing preventative maintenance on all machinery and equipment. Install, repair, rebuild and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment used in production, packaging, and all other plant areas. Be involved in all aspects of equipment from installation to rebuilding, fitting, and aligning equipment to meet quality and efficiency standards. Demonstrate strong electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills on controls such as PLC’s, VFD’s, servos, robotics, and programmable devices. Requirements / Qualifications Proven ability to operate safely by following all food and people guidelines. 5+ years of experience with mechanical repair, plumbing, welding, and electrical repair. Organized and methodical approach to problem solving – often in a time-sensitive, tight-deadline situation where accuracy is critical. Designated lifelong learner with a strong interest in mastering new mechanical technologies.
