Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to determine patients' mental health needs and create individualized treatment plans utilizing best practices and evidence-based solutions. \n
- Administer tailored therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and motivational interviewing, addressing the unique needs of each client. \n
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation to assure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. \n
- Engage in ongoing case consultations and peer review meetings, actively participating in multidisciplinary care discussions to refine treatment strategies and enhance patient outcomes. \n

As an LCSW at our detox center, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals experiencing substance abuse disorders, mental health disorders, or both.
