Lead Arcade Attendant – Harrah's Laughlin Beach ResortUsing all aspects of Family Style Service, the Lead Arcade Attendant ensures a safe, fun-filled, and exciting environment for every guest. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys high-energy spaces, loves interacting with families, and takes pride in creating memorable experiences in a lively arcade setting.How You Will Create the ExtraordinaryWhat You'll DoCreate a welcoming, friendly atmosphere using positive tone, open body language, and consistent smiling and eye contactProvide accurate information about the property and its amenitiesDevelop strong knowledge of arcade games and prize assortments to answer questions and proactively engage guestsLearn and operate Intercard kiosks and Redemption POS systems accuratelyMonitor the Arcade to ensure a safe environment for guests of all ages; report suspicious activity immediatelyAddress minor game and kiosk issues to reduce guest inconvenience; escalate unresolved issues to SupervisorMaintain cleanliness of machines and all Arcade areas; restock supplies and redemption items as neededFollow proper cash-handling procedures for assigned bank funds; process transactions accuratelyComplete stock counts and other assigned projectsWork with Supervisors to maintain the Redemption counter according to merchandising standards; report low stock or supply needsAdditional Arcade Lead DutiesSupervise Arcade Attendants, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure service standards are metOversee daily Arcade operations, including scheduling, task assignments, and break coverageEnsure compliance with cash handling, safety, and operational proceduresAssist with training new team members and reinforcing Family Style Service expectationsAct as the primary point of contact for escalated guest concerns and technical issuesPartner with management to track performance metrics and implement improvementsWhat You Will NeedWhat We're Looking ForAbility to accurately make changeAbility to perform simple mathReliable and flexible with the ability to work varied shifts, holidays, weekends, and overtime when neededStrong team player who supports all areas within the Arcade & Retail ShopsAbility to speak, read, and write English fluentlyComfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and pushing/pulling up to 100 lbsAbility to stand for long periods and work in hot, noisy, or smoky environmentsFamily Style attitude.Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same.If you're ready to bring energy, enthusiasm, and exceptional guest service to a fast-paced, family-friendly environment, we'd be proud to welcome you to the Caesars Entertainment family.Job InfoJob Identification 88834Job Category RetailJob Schedule Full timeLocations Harrah's Laughlin (On-site)
