Walser Automotive Group is seeking a Bilingual Sales Consultant for Bloomington Toyota to deliver a negotiation-free, customer-first sales experience. In this role, you’ll guide Hmong, Spanish, Somali and English-speaking customers through the entire purchase process—from greeting and needs assessment to test drives, financing coordination, and delivery. You’ll use Walser’s one-price model and structured sales tools to build trust, explain vehicle features, and ensure a transparent, low-pressure experience.
