CDL-A Route Delivery Driver

CDL A Delivery Driver Location: 944 Penn Green Road, Avondale, PA Responsibilities Build relationships with customers while delivering food products essential to restaurants, schools, hospitals, universities, and more. Drive day shifts on local routes, allowing you to be home each day. Unload cases up to 100 lbs, using a ramp and two-wheeler throughout your shift. Qualifications At least 21 years of age. Ability to operate a two-wheel cart with loads up to 350 lbs. Successfully pass a drug test (including marijuana) and a background check. Maintain a clean driving record as required by DOT and Gordon Food Service standards. Registered through the Department of Transportation Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse. Provide electronic consent for employment (effective January 6th, 2020). Newly licensed drivers are encouraged to apply. Schedule & Compensation Schedule: 5‑day work week, Monday–Saturday. Start time 3AM–5AM until route finish. Pay: Guaranteed minimum of $1,200 per week; daily base pay plus component pay; paid for every mile driven, stop made, and case delivered. Pay Frequency: Weekly.
