Oportunidad: Auxiliar de cocina / Lavaplatos
Realizar funciones de lavado de vajilla y limpieza de cocina.

Cocinero o supervisor de operaciones de cocina - Jefe de operaciones de cocina o subchef
Su foco de atención
- Lavar platos, vasos, cubiertos, ollas y sartenes.
- Operar el lavavajillas y otros equipos de limpieza de cocina.
- Colocar platos, utensilios o equipos de cocina limpios en las áreas de almacenamiento.
- Mantener las áreas de trabajo, equipos o utensilios de cocina en condiciones limpias y ordenadas.
- Almacenar suministros, como alimentos o utensilios, en estaciones de servicio, armarios, refrigeradores o barras de ensaladas.
- Barrer y lavar pisos y limpiar los cubos de basura.
- Clasificar y retirar la basura, colocándola en áreas de recolección designadas.
- Realizar funciones de preparación de alimentos en caso de escasez de personal o durante periodos de mayor actividad.
- Tener en cuenta los puntajes de satisfacción de los huéspedes y trabajar para aumentar la satisfacción general y departamental de los huéspedes.
- Practicar hábitos de trabajo seguros, usar equipo de protección y seguir los estándares MSDS y OSHA.
- Realizar otras tareas según lo solicite la gerencia.
Sus antecedentes y habilidades
- Se prefiere diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente.
- Se requiere experiencia previa como auxiliar de cocina o capacitación equivalente.
Entorno y contexto laboral
- El horario de trabajo varía y puede incluir trabajar en días festivos, fines de semana, etc.
- Requiere estar de pie durante periodos prolongados, caminar, empujar, levantar hasta 50 libras, agacharse y alcanzar objetos, inclinarse y arrodillarse.
