Responsibilities Assist in the operation of mulch blower trucks and equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient project execution. Load and unload mulch and bark into the truck hopper, preparing materials for distribution. Use hoses to distribute materials evenly according to project specifications, ensuring quality and precision. Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure equipment cleanliness and functionality, contributing to operational safety and efficiency. Maintain clean and organized work areas at job sites and in company vehicles, promoting a safe and efficient work environment. Maneuver and manage hoses safely while navigating job sites, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines. Communicate effectively with equipment operators and team members to ensure precise mulch placement and project success. Collaborate with laborers and supervisors to meet project schedules and goals, fostering a team-oriented work culture. Qualifications Willingness to travel for assignments lasting between two to four weeks. Ability to perform physical labor and work in a team environment. Commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining high-quality standards. Working Conditions Requires flexibility to work non-standard hours and days as needed.
